HP Color Laserjet Enterprise CP5525 Only Prints Blank Pages and Feed in New Toners [SOLVED]


The printer prints blank pages is a common issue faced by most of the people. If the printer prints blank pages, then check the ink level of the cartridge. If the ink cartridge is low or empty, then there is a chance for the printer to print blank pages. If the printer prints correctly from the printer, then uninstall and reinstall the printer.

To uninstall the printer from the computer system, follow the instructions given below.

  • On your computer, click the Start button, select Control Panel, and choose the Programs and Features option.
  • Click Device Manager and check the printer name in the list displayed. If so, delete it.
  • Delete the printer by right-clicking on the printer name displayed and select the Uninstall option. Now, go to the Devices and Printers option, select the printer, and click on the Print Server properties tab.
  • A pop-up tab will be displayed. Now delete all the printer drivers listed in it.
  • Make sure to remove all the printer entries in the Devices and Printers section.
  • As soon as you delete the printer driver from the computer, restart the computer, and open the Run dialog box.
  • Enter %temp% command and click the OK button.
  • The printer’s temporary folder will be displayed, delete it. If possible, remove the folders stored in the registry.
  • To delete the folder from the registry, use the Regedit or any third party application.
  • Restart the computer.
  • After deleting the printer driver from the computer, reinstall it as per the instructions given below.
  • Go to the manufacturer’s site, download the full feature driver, and then install it on your computer.
