Printer Issue: Error eMMC 99.39.73 [Solved]
After analyzing the issue that you are facing on your HP LaserJet printer, perform some troubleshooting methods that will help you in resolving the same. Before proceeding the resolving steps, turn off your printer and unplug the power cord. This includes the network cables. Wait for a while and reconnect the same. Print a test page to confirm whether your printer is in the ready state. You have to order a new eMMC to resolve the issue. You need not replace any other components.

- First, remove the formatter cover from your printer. In order to do so, hold the latch on the cover and open the case door by pulling it towards the rear of your printer.
- Disconnect both the connectors (Which has a black wire attached to it and looks like a plug) and locate the eMMC component on the formatter.
- Pull the eMMC out to remove it and replace it with a new one. Now, align the eMMC on the formatter until it is seated properly, then push it until you know that it is properly installed.
- Re-connect the disconnected connectors. Close the formatter cover properly.
- Uninstall the existing driver, then re-install an updated version of your printer driver.
- After performing the installation, ensure that your HP printer’s name is displayed on the list of devices.
