To clean the page feeder manually , go with the instructions given below. Power off the printer. Make sure to disconnect the power cables from the printer and take the remaining paper from the input tray. On your printer, open the front access door to locate the printer's rollers. Rollers are made up of rubber which is black or gray in color. Get a lint-free cloth to clean the rollers. Dip the clean-lint cloth into water or alcohol and wipe the rollers. Ensure not to use a chemical cleaner or organic solvents to clean the rollers. Wait for the rollers to dry and then slide the paper tray back into the printer. Close the printer’s access door and perform a test print. If you still face the paper feed problem after cleaning the roller, change the roller.
