Laserjet Pro M402dne - Toner Issue
This issue occurs when the toner level runs out. The lifetime of the toner may vary based on the usage. To resolve this issue, you can replace the toner with the new one or refill it. To replace the toner cartridge , go with the instructions given here. First, press the Front door release button to open the front access door. Take the used cartridge out of the Laserjet Pro M402dne printer . To replace the used toner, purchase a new one from an online retailer. Take the unused toner cartridge out of the package, and then pull the release tab on the package. Remove the toner cartridge from the package and place the used one in the package shell for recycling. Now, hold both ends of the new toner cartridge and shake it five to six times.
