You can place the envelopes only into the Tray 1 or main input tray of your HP printer. Ascertain to insert the envelopes correctly, else it can cause an error, and the print job can be accessed. The envelopes should not be loaded into the input tray 2 of your Officejet Pro printer. Pull the main input tray out of the HP printer. Place the envelopes into the input tray with the side to be printed facing downwards. Load the envelope according to the graphics present inside the input tray. Ensure that the stack of envelopes does not go ahead of the line marking available in the main input tray. Move the sliders or paper width guides until they touch the edges of the loaded envelope papers. Reinsert the tray into your HP Officejet Pro printer . Slide the output tray extension until the intended size of the envelope paper is reached. Make sure you place the sliders correctly, else you can't access any of the functions of your HP printer.
