Hey Folks! There was an issue with my printer after replacing the black cartridge where the prints were unreadable , and the quality was not satisfactory . The first step to fix the problem is to remove the jammed paper that can be located inside the printer. Take the torn paper present inside the device. Check for them using a flashlight. After removing, try to print from the printer. A smooth movement of the carriage is necessary for the printing process. Slide the carriage to the left side and see if the carriage is stuck on the right side. The carriage should move to the right side if it is stuck on the left side of the device. Is it stuck in the middle of the printer? In such cases, slide the carriage to the right side of the device. After some time, try to print a test page.
