ISSUE: NOT PRINTING & ERROR CODE OXC1A000A [SOLVED]


Hey Folks! There was an issue with my printer after replacing the black cartridge where the prints were unreadable, and the quality was not satisfactory. The necessary steps of the solution need to be followed, which will surely help you fix the issue.

The first step to fix the problem is to remove the jammed paper that can be located inside the printer. Take the torn paper present inside the device. Check for them using a flashlight. After removing, try to print from the printer.

A smooth movement of the carriage is necessary for the printing process. Slide the carriage to the left side and see if the carriage is stuck on the right side. The carriage should move to the right side if it is stuck on the left side of the device. Is it stuck in the middle of the printer? In such cases, slide the carriage to the right side of the device. After some time, try to print a test page. Uninstall and reinstall the ink cartridges from its holder. Try to do a power reset to fix the issue.

The steps to be performed for the reset process are as follows.
  • Switch off the printer by pressing the Power button.
  • Detach the power plug from a wall outlet.
  • Later, plug the power cable and turn it on.

Carry out all these solutions; it will help you fix the issue. If all the above procedures did not resolve the issue, service the printer.
