HP PRINTER 4025 ERROR 59.F0 [SOLVED]


Error 59.F0 displays in the HP printer 4025 while printing the document. This displays due to several reasons.

  • Troubleshooting the few internal hardware of printer will bypass this error.
  • Verify that the ITB (image Transfer Belt) installed properly.
  • ITB rotating belt which carries the mixture of different colors of toner particles.
  • ITB may be stuck and not able to rotate this causes the printer error 59.F0.

Reseat the ITB. To reseat the ITD, follow the steps below.

  • Power on the device.
  • Open the front door and remove all the cartridges, and then cover the cartridges to avoid excessive light exposure.
  • Now open the upper right door of the printer.
  • Grasp the blue lever on both sides, and apply slight pressure to pull ITB towards you at a downward angle.
  • Pull the ITB out of the device until two large handles expand. If the ITB flag is damaged or broken, replace it with a new one. Check if the ITB gear is working correctly.
  • Lift the ITB and tab gently by holding the handles. That cause dirt and waste toner fall from the ITB.
  • Reinstall ITB gently back into place.
  • Grasp and push the ITB on the printer so that it fits in its place.
  • Place the cartridges in position and close the front door.
  • Now the ITB which is stuck will rotate freely and the printer will work properly.
