Smart TV:

Android TV:
Confirm that your device is compatible with Netflix.
- Download Netflix from the Google Play Store.
- Install the app following the directions displayed.
- If you’re unable to find the Netflix app in the Play Store, infer that the device you’re using is incompatible with Netflix.
- In such cases, you have to use a different device to stream.
Certain TV boxes are affected by this error. These boxes might not be certified by Netflix to stream the programs. The certificate can be regenerated with an apk and make the device stream Netflix on it.
- Download the BurnKeyTools APK on the banned device.
- Activate the option “Unknown Origins” and install it.
- Hit the Click to burn key button.
- Wait for the device to display a Success message.
- If you get the message Not supported key, the TV-box cannot be used to stream Netflix.
- Try rebooting the TV-box to clear this issue if it persists.
Install the app from Sideloading and Aptoide since Netflix seems to be blocking installs from Google Play Store alone. There are certain devices which Netflix has completely blocked. If you have one of those devices, the only solution is to get a new device for streaming.
