How to fix NETFLIX UI-800-2 for ROKU and Other Smart TVs [Solution]

  3. Turn the device on by pressing any of the Roku remote buttons.

Reboot the Smart TV:

  2. After a minute of waiting, press down the Power button on the TV for 5 seconds.
  3. The remaining current on the TV is discharged.
  4. Plug the TV back in and switch it on.
  5. Open Netflix on your TV now.

Log Out of Netflix:

  1. On the screen displaying error in the Netflix app, head to More Info.
  2. If the More Info option is not found, select Settings / Gear icon.
  3. Access the deactivation screen with the following sequence of key presses: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up.
  4. Choose Reset or Sign Out/Deactivate.

  1. Upgrade the TV’s firmware to the latest version.
  2. Perform a Factory Reset on the smart TV.
