Laserjet Pro 300 Blank Screen, Unable To Print [Solved]


To fix the HP Laserjet Pro 300 printer does not support the print operation, follow the troubleshooting instructions given below.

  • Check if the Network Settings on your computer are done properly to identify your HP Laserjet Printer. To check it, follow the instructions given below.
  • Select the Network & Internet option on the Control Panel screen. You will find the Network & Sharing Center option in the Network & Internet section, select it followed by Manage Advanced Sharing Sharing Settings.
  • Now, select the Turn on Network discovery option from the Network discovery section.
  • Click the checkbox next to the Turn On Automatic Setup of Network-Connected devices option.
  • Similarly, click the Radio button next to the Turn on file and printer sharing option in the File & Printer sharing section.
  • Click the Save or Save Changes button.
  • Now, disconnect and reconnect your network.
  • Now, try to print. If the issue continues, then uninstall & reinstall the printer driver on your computer.

To uninstall the printer driver, follow the instructions given below.

  • Open the App & Features wizard on your computer, select your printer name from the list and select the Uninstall button on the screen.
  • Click the OK button to begin the uninstallation.
  • Once the printer driver is uninstalled successfully, restart your computer.
  • After the system reboots, go to the official site of the printer and download the latest full-feature driver file.
  • Install the downloaded file on your computer, and try to print.
