To fix the HP Laserjet Pro 300 printer does not support the print operation, follow the troubleshooting instructions given below.
- Check if the Network Settings on your computer are done properly to identify your HP Laserjet Printer. To check it, follow the instructions given below.
- Select the Network & Internet option on the Control Panel screen. You will find the Network & Sharing Center option in the Network & Internet section, select it followed by Manage Advanced Sharing Sharing Settings.
- Now, select the Turn on Network discovery option from the Network discovery section.
- Click the checkbox next to the Turn On Automatic Setup of Network-Connected devices option.
- Similarly, click the Radio button next to the Turn on file and printer sharing option in the File & Printer sharing section.
- Click the Save or Save Changes button.
- Now, disconnect and reconnect your network.

- Open the App & Features wizard on your computer, select your printer name from the list and select the Uninstall button on the screen.
- Click the OK button to begin the uninstallation.
- Once the printer driver is uninstalled successfully, restart your computer.
- After the system reboots, go to the official site of the printer and download the latest full-feature driver file.
- Install the downloaded file on your computer, and try to print.
