HP UNVEILS HIGH-VOLUME 3D PRINTER


HP has introduced a brand new 3D Printer targeted to give significant advances in efficiency at low cost aimed at customers looking to produce large plastic parts.

HP’s various models like HP Jet Fusion 5200 focuses on a plastic 3D printer, whereas, Jet Fusion 4200 Series on production and Jet Fusion 500 and 300 series on prototyping.

HP has also revealed a metal 3D MetalJet printing system, which has to release in the later 2020s. The company said that the Jet Fusion 5200 and other 3D printing systems would be available through HP channel partners.

The vice president and general manager for HP’s Jet Fusion 3D printer have said in the report that producing injection molding more than 100,000 small-sized parts could be more economical and achieve the break-even point using Jet fusion 5200. Further, HP said that in one week 200 parts could be produced using 5200 3D printing.

Jet Fusion 5200 Series works a separate cooling system and processing station unit. This model has accuracy and uses machine learning for improved process controls the most significant advances. HP challenges that no other printer on the market can achieve an accuracy as good as the HP 5200 series.

Many competitors all around the globe have praised the accuracy, efficiency, and working of the HP 5200 series. HP 5200 series is likely to be rising demand in the market globally. HP unveiled an expanded partnership with Seimens for delivering end-to-end manufacturing solution for the HP 5200 3D printing along with Seimens Digital Enterprise.
