DISPLAY SCREEN SOMEHOW SWITCHED TO GERMAN, HOW TO GET IT BACK TO ENGLISH [SOLUTION]


No Need to worry if the language changes by mistake

You can always change it back to the preferred one.

  • Turn off your printing machine and power it down for some time.
  • Press the power switch down and then the Power button on the printer to turn it on.
  • The printer makes some noise to prepare itself to get into the ready state after only which you can proceed functioning with it. After the printer attains the ready state, perform these quick steps to change the language.
  • In a ready state, the printer displays the toner levels on the control panel.
  • Tap the right arrow twice and then press the OK option twice to access the Language menu.
  • From the list of languages that display, you can select English and press OK to confirm the changes. If you cannot get to the Language menu using this option, then again, turn off and turn on your HP Laser printer and bring it to the ready state.
  • Now, again from the toner levels menu, press the right arrow key thrice and then the OK option twice.
  • When the Language menu appears, choose the required one, and finally, apply the changes made.
