[SOLVED] HP LaserJet Flow MFP M525 - Copies very BAD via both inserts -Printing is Fine: ISSUE

When you make a copy for a very long time, you will experience lines on the copies. The wrong copy will have black lines on the copies.

To resolve this issue, clean the Scanner glass under the ADF, and then try to copy the document.
  • The ADF glass is on the left and the scanner glass is on the right. If there are any dirty particles attached to the scanner glass, then there are chances for the scanner to become unfunctional.
  • To clean the scanner glass, go with the guided instructions discussed below.
  • The first step is to lift the document feeder and look if there is any mark on the glass. Because marks on the glass may sometimes, stop the printer from copying.
  • Clean the glass with a clean towel.
  • To clean a bit, first, wipe using a paper towel on it and use a plastic item to remove it.
  • After removing it, again wipe the glass and then check the ADF glass on the left.
  • Once you clean the ADF glass, the lines should be cleared.
  • Now, perform a copy operation.
  • You can also choose the lint-free cloth to clean the ADF glass.
