Top 3 common printer issues need to be fixed
1. Print envelopes on an HP 8710
There are two things to check before you load envelopes into the input tray.
You need to check the location of the paper input tray and the type of your printer. There are a set of guidelines for loading envelopes in different printers. For Inkjet printers with a rear load tray, the front of the envelope should face up and the flap to the left. For Inkjet printers with a front load tray, the front of the envelope faces up with the flap to the left. For LaserJet printers with a front load tray, the front of the envelope need to face up and the flap to the left.
After you have checked which guideline to follow, load the paper and slide in the paper width guides until they are rested against the edges of the envelope. To start printing, search for wordpad in the taskbar search and click on it. Tap the Menu icon and open Page Setup. From that option, choose your envelope type from the Size option, select Landscape orientation, and click OK. Enter the address and make use of the formatting tools present on the Home tab to justify and text. Tap the Menu icon and move your cursor over Print. Select Print Preview to ensure that the address entered is aligned correctly. If needed, make extra changes to align the text properly. Click Print.
To avoid printing an extra envelope, open Wordpad, enter all the addresses in the edit section and remove the mark from Print Page Numbers. You can also print multiple envelopes using Microsoft Word.
2. Not read ink cartridge in hp 8100 printer

3. HP7520 won't load paper
The HP Photosmart printers are not new in the market anymore. There are problems arising on the printers related to the paper feed operation in the printer. The Paper Drive Rollers get dry and worn out over time which in turn, causes paper loading problems. Getting a professional repair done on your printer for personal use isn’t cost effective and once it’s out of warranty, there is no point in doing so. In situations like that, it is better to replace the printer. But first, try the simple solutions given here.
Make sure that the paper you are trying to load isn’t curled or wrinkled. You should use thicker paper, and weight should be around 22 or 24 pound paper rather than an 18 to 22 pound paper. Do not keep the paper in moist conditions for a long duration.
Other steps can also be carried out to resolve this paper loading issue.
