  • Test the Power button of your HP Sprocket printer.
  • Discard the paper cover from your HP printer.
  • Find the Reset button on your HP Sprocket printer.
  • Press and hold the Reset button by making use of a paper clip or pin and wait until the Charging Indicator lamp turns Off.
  • The reset process of the HP Sprocket printer starts.
  • Now reinsert the paper cover into your HP printer.
  • Check if your Sprocket printer can turn On.
  • Ensure that the power cable is correctly inserted to the rear of your HP printer.
