Try to print a Configuration page to obtain the printer’s IPv4 address. Tap the Wireless icon on the printer’s control panel to access the IP address. If you wish to find the IP address from the system, navigate to the Control Panel. Select the Devices and Printers icon. Right-click on the printer name, select Printer Properties, and choose the Ports tab. Select the Add Port icon. Select Standard TCP/IP Port. Choose the New Port icon.
Go through the prompts mentioned on the screen to complete the process. Key in the proper IP address for the printer. Use the EWS to set the IP address for the printer manually. Find the network settings for the EWS page. Locate the manual IP address settings that areunder the IPv4 address or Network Address menu. Select the Suggest a New IP address option on the IP address Configuration section. Select the Apply option. Wait for the printer to reconnect to the network and the IP address changes automatically.
