HP Officejet Pro 8610 - HOW CAN I CONTINUE TO PRINT WHEN THE BLUE IS OUT
The HP printer cannot print if any one of the ink cartridges is low or empty.
You can perform printing for a short period.
The ink cartridge inside your HP printer needs replacement.
You can get the replacement cyan cartridges from local retailers, HP Sure Supply, or HP store.
Turn On your Officejet Pro 8610 printer by pressing and holding its Power button.
Keep your fingers into the slot that is present at the left side of the HP printer and then raise the access door.
Check if the carriage is moving to the left of your HP printer, do not proceed until it remains idle.
Push on the cyan cartridge to release and then pull it out from the slot.
Open the new packaging cover and take the cyan cartridge out of it.
Hold the cyan cartridge in a way so that the contacts in it faces the Officejet Pro printer.
Slide the cyan cartridge into its correct slot and gently push it forward until it clicks into place.
Ensure that the letter on the ink cartridge and the letter on the slot match each other.
Close the access door.
The Officejet Pro printer prints an alignment page.
It is printed to ensure that the cartridges are inserted correctly into the HP printer. If the alignment report does not get printed, check if the cartridges inside the printer are seated correctly.
Place the cyan cartridge properly and then try printing the alignment report again. If the problem stays unresolved, service your HP printer.
