Deskjet 3520 new Black ink won't work | color wont print
Remove the black ink cartridge from the Deskjet 3520 printer.
Turn On your device and find the slots that are located at its sides.
Place your fingers into the two slots and then gently raise the cartridge access door.
The carriage slides to the cartridge access area.
Do not continue until your printer’s carriage does not make any noise.
To release the ink cartridge, open the lid present on the slot.
Push the lid back until it stops in its place.
Pull the black cartridge to take it out of the slot.
Place the black cartridge aside such that the nozzles on it face upwards.
Close the access door, perform a print job and print a test report to check if your printer can work well
using the tri- colored cartridge.It is highly suggested not to use incompatible cartridges.
Ensure that the black ink cartridge is genuine and compatible with the Deskjet 3520 printer.
Verify the ink levels of your black cartridge from the operation panel of your printer.
Replace the black cartridge if the levels are low or empty.
Utilize the automated tool to clean the printhead.
Tap the Settings icon on the operation panel of your printer.
Select Tools and then press the Clean Printhead option.
The Deskjet 3520 starts cleaning the printhead and a test page gets printed.
Review the page and if the print quality is good, choose the Done option.
Select Clean Again if the print quality is not acceptable.
The Deskjet 3520 printer cleans the cartridges again and another test page gets printed. If the issue remains unresolved, service your Deskjet 3520 printer.
