HOW TO SETUP EPRINT SERVICE BY DEFAULT?


  • The settings that are mentioned here are set in the ePrint service by default. The print quality is normal and the color is set to full.
  • You can use letter or A4 papers for carrying out the Print operation. The ePrint service supports only single-sided printing.
  • The orientation of the paper is similar to the original document that is loaded into the main input tray of your HP printer.
  • Additional settings can be added in ePrint using the HP Connected account.
  • Proceed with the instructions given here to register with the HP Connected account.
  • Turn On your HP printer by pressing the Power button present on it and then place enough white papers in the input tray.
  • Ascertain that the ink or toner cartridges are installed.
  • On your printer, touch the HP ePrint button and then press the Setup option.
  • Proceed with the directions that are displayed on the screen to enable Web Services. If you have already turned On Web Services, touch the Print or Print Info option.
  • An information page gets printed. This has the claim code of your HP printer.
  • Add your printer to HP Connected by using the claim code.
  • Navigate to the HP Connected website and choose the Create Account or Sign In option.
  • Type the claim code on the HP Connected Home page and then select Add.
  • Click the email address of your printer under the ePrint Settings menu and enter the new address in the text field.
  • Now click the Submit option.
  • Once the HP Connected account is activated, you can alter the preferences that are required for your print job.
  • To change the settings using ePrint, choose the My Printers option on the HP Connected account page.
  • You can choose plain or photo paper, print in monochrome or color, enable two-sided (duplex) printing and more.

  • HP connected supports web-connected printing services like ePrint and cloud print.
  • Go to HP connected, choose the country or region and language menu to see if your device supports it.
  • You might have already registered your printer with HP connected during the setup.
  • Go to HP connected and sign in to your account. If your device is not present in the list, obtain the code by connecting your printer to a network.
  • Find the printer’s code on the information page that you have printed.
  • Sign in to the HP Connected account or create a new one and add your printer on it using the code.
  • Access web-connected services like ePrint once you add your printer on HP Connected.
  • Send a print job from HP Connected.
  • Sign in to the HP Connected account.
  • Locate the printer that you desire to print from and click on the printer's email address.
  • A new window opens along with the printer's email address which is already in the To field.
  • Enter a subject in the email’s subject line.
  • Attach the document or photo that you need to print and send the email.
  • Manage Allowed Senders by clicking My Printers in the HP Connected account.
  • Select Allowed below ePrint Access.
  • Enter the email address that you want to grant access in the text box and click Add.
  • Go to Managing Allowed Senders for HP ePrint for more information and the change the M225DN ePrint job preferences.
