Issue: E-PRINT TAKING WAY TO LONG [Solved ]

The reason for the problem might be due to low signal quality when you connected the printer in a wireless network. Connect the printer’s power cable directly into the electrical outlet and restart your router. If the error persists, set up a static IP for the printer. Perform the steps given below to set up a static IP for the HP printer.

HOW TO SETUP A STATIC IP FOR THE PRINTER
  1. Power On your HP printer. Tap the Setup button to view the setup options.
  2. Press the Right Arrow button until you find the Print Network Settings option. Select the Print Network Settings and tap OK.
  3. When you tap OK, the printer begins to print a network settings page.
  4. The network settings page will include the printer IP address, Default Gateway, and Subnet mask.
  5. Go to the Web browser and enter the printer IP address in the address bar. The printer control panel will appear on the screen.
  6. Select the Networking tab and click Wired under Connections.
  7. On the IP Address Configuration, select Manual IP.
  8. Type your IP address, Default Gateway, and Subnet Mask in the given boxes.

Now try printing from your printer using E-Print. If the error prevails, position your printer nearer to the router connection so that it lies within the router range. On your computer, disable the firewall. Firewall might block the network connection to your printer. Remove the nearby devices to the printer which emit radio signals such as Microwave oven. If the error occurs again, remove the printer drivers from your computer. Download the current version of drivers from the web and install them. Follow the instructions displayed on-screen to install the drivers and software on your computer. Re-establish the printer network with the computer. Try printing a test page via HP ePrint.
